Abstract submission is active now (click here)!
All participants are expected to submit an abstract and may apply for a short oral communication and/or a poster presentation. Applicants must submit their abstract with early registration by May 15th, 2019.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee and a message informing the authors about the acceptance without or with revision will be sent no later than June 7th, 2019 with the indication about the poster or oral presentation.
Practical issues and abstract format
The document must be in English; the text of the abstract should be max 1 page on A4 Paper and have the following structure:
Software: Microsoft Word, file extension saved in .doc or .rtf - Please name the file with the last name of the presenting author (i.e. Smith.doc)
Paper format: A4
Margins: 2,5 cm on each side
Font style: Times New Roman 12 pt; the title should be centred and in 14 pt bold letters; the notes in 10 pt; spacing 1,33; fully justified.
The name(s) of the author(s) (first name and family name), followed by comma, should be centred and in 12 pt letters, with the name of the presenting author underlined. Then the author(s) affiliation and full address, should be centred and in 10 pt Italics. The mail address of the presenting author should be centred and in 10 pt Italics.
The text of the abstract will follow.
Abstracts may include pictures or diagrams, but they will be reproduced in black and white and should be easily legible for photographic reproduction. Please ensure that all links are removed prior to saving and sending the abstract. Abstracts will be reproduced in the School programme book in this style. References are indicated by superscript Arabic numbers following the citation order.

Posters can be put from Tuesday 2nd July and will have to be removed before Thursday 4th July at 11:00.
